Forgotten Sword is a picture from Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Forgotten Sword picture can be taken up on the Gerudo Summit, just besides the Frost Gleeok on Gerudo Mountain.
A Picture for the Closed Stable II

After completing Piaffe, Packed Away, one of the Regional Phenomena, and acquiring the Camera, Link can examine the left portrait wall at the Gerudo Canyon Stable. This will cause Piaffe to call him over, beginning the quest. After Link travels to the Gerudo Mountain, he can snap the picture.
Link can then return to Gerudo Canyon Stable and show this picture to Piaffe. He'll recreate the picture on the wall, completing the quest. Piaffe will reward Link with a Pony Point, as well as some Spicy Mushroom Risotto.
