The Fairy Ocarina is the first variation of the Ocarina that Link will receive in Ocarina of Time. Saria bestows it upon Link when he tells her that he has to depart from their home, Kokiri Forest. It is used during the first three Dungeons of the game. After which, Link uses the Ocarina of Time he receives from Princess Zelda.
Songs
There are multiple songs that Link can play on his Fairy Ocarina. These include Zelda's Lullaby, Epona's Song, Saria's Song, and the Sun's Song.
