Epona's Song is an Ocarina Song in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. It also makes an appearance in Twilight Princess whenever Link uses either the Horse Whistle or Horse Grass.

Uses

In both games, Epona's Song is used to call Epona and to fill a bottle with milk (if played while standing next to some cows). Also, it is required to call Epona so you can jump over the fence into the Great Bay area in Majora's Mask.

Ocarina of Time

After meeting with Princess Zelda, Malon will teach Link the song, though it doesn't hold much use to him. When played, Epona will follow Link shortly only to run to Malon's side after.

As an Adult, Link can pay Ingo to ride horses. If he plays this song, Epona will come to him and he can ride Epona. Ingo will challenge Link to a race for the price of 50 rupees. If Link does not use Epona, it is impossible to win the race. After winning the race, Ingo will be infuriated and bet Epona on a double-or-nothing rematch. Upon winning, Ingo will lock Link in the ranch. Link can use Epona to jump the fences to Hyrule Field.

Majora's Mask

If Link uses the Powder Keg to access Romani Ranch on the First Day, Romani will tell Link that she is practicing to prepare to defend the ranch against beings she simply refers to as They. Link is then offered an opportunity to ride Epona and practice shooting balloons. If Link manages to shoot all the balloons, Romani will teach Epona's Song to Link.
