Note that Monster Extract randomises the strength and duration of effects from dishes it is added to, along with the number of hearts recovered, so the results of the cooked dish can be unpredictable beforehand.  If a fifth ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain [[Monster Rice Balls]] or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. Rice balls flavored with monster extract. Their unique aroma is not for everyone."

— In-Game Description

Enduring Monster Rice Balls is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Enduring Monster Rice Balls refills Link's Stamina Wheel and adds Temporary Stamina, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts.

If Link cooks Monster Extract, Hylian Rice and Rock Salt with an Endura Carrot or Endura Shroom in a Cooking Pot, he will create Enduring Monster Rice Balls. Eating this will add Temporary Stamina to his Stamina Wheel, in addition to restoring a number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

Note that Monster Extract randomizes the strength and duration of effects from dishes it is added to, along with the number of hearts recovered, so the results of the cooked dish can be unpredictable beforehand. If a fifth ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Monster Rice Balls or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

The same recipes without the Monster Extract make Enduring Veggie Rice Balls (using an Endura Carrot only) or Enduring Mushroom Rice Balls (using an Endura Shroom, with or without an Endura Carrot).
