Dampé's Grave is a location in Ocarina of Time.
It is the resting place of Dampé. It is found beneath one of the gravestones at Kakariko Village Graveyard. Link must get the Hookshot here to get to the Forest Temple. Inside the grave is Dampé, who challenges Link with a race.[1] He guides Link through the grave while occasionally dropping fire on the floor, which helps him if he loses track of where Dampé went, but also damages him if he runs into it. If Link successfully follows him to the end, he will let him open his Treasure Chest, which contains the Hookshot.[2] If Link finishes the race once again, Dampé will grant him a Piece of Heart.
Dampé's Grave leads to the Windmill, which Link enters after getting the Hookshot.
