Campfires are found across Hyrule in Breath of the Wild. They can be made with Wood in conjunction with any fire weapon, or alternatively, with Flint and any metallic weapon. Link is told near the beginning of the game by the Old Man that you can sit by a campfire to change time Day or Night. Unlike sleeping in a bed, however, no health is restored by this.
