A Hovercraft is a named Zonai Vehicle from Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
After defeating Master Kohga at the Abandoned Gerudo Mine and verifying his Zonai right arm with the relevant Steward Construct, Link is given the Schema Stone to Autobuild the hovercraft. The Steward Construct then lays out the four parts for the hovercraft - a sled, a fan, a Steering Stick and a light - along with two batteries so he can test it out.
If any of the parts are unavailable, Link can still Autobuild the device once he has the schematic. To make it with no parts available requires 12 pieces of zonaite.
