Sprinn is a character from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Sprinn is a stablemaster, who works in the Serenne Stable near the Hyrule Ridge. Link can pick up any horses that have previously been registered and stabled from him. He runs both the Stable and the Inn. When talking to Sprinn from outside, Link can take a horse, board a horse, or register a new horse.[1] From the inside of the stable, Link can talk to Sprinn to rent out a bed. Sprinn offers two types of beds, a regular bed for 20 rupees, and a Soft Bed for 40 rupees.[2]

Tears of the Kingdom

Sprinn is a stablemaster who still works at the same stable from Breath of the Wild, which is now known as the New Serenne Stable.

From the inside of the stable, Link can talk to Sprinn to rent out a bed. Sprinn offers two types of beds, a regular bed for 20 rupees, and a Malanya Bed for 50 rupees.

A Picture for New Serenne Stable

Main article: A Picture for New Serenne Stable

After completing one of the Regional Phenomena, as well as acquiring the Camera as part of the Camera Work in the Depths quest, Link can examine the empty picture frame on the wall in the stable. Sprinn will mention that The Stable Association asked them to hang the signs up to get ready for paintings to be put up.[3]

Sprinn wants to get a picture of the Geoglyph that is near the stable that Lady Impa was looking at. However, since it is so big, he can't get a panoramic view of the thing and doesn't even know what it is meant to depict. He asks for a picture of the geoglyph, which will begin the A Picture for New Serenne Stable quest.[4]

Link doesn't really need to get a high quality picture of the Geoglyph, but it just needs to be from a higher elevatoin. Just northwest of the stable, there is a rock that extends up into the air that Link can climb up from and snap a picture of the geoglyph. Alternatively, Link can even scale up to the top of the stable itself and take a picture from there. Link can then return to the stalbe and show the picture to Sprinn. This is exactly what he was looking for and he will ask Link if he can paint a copy of his picture on the canvas.[5] As a show of thanks, Sprinn will reward Link with one Pony Point, as well as some Bright Tomato Mushroom Stew.[6][7][8]

  3. "Ah, Link, has that empty frame caught your eye? We stable owners are going to be putting paintings on display for everyone to enjoy. The Stable Association figured it'd be a good idea for us to hang the frames first to get ready." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
  4. "All the stable owners were given free rein over what to put in those frames, so I thought and thought about it... Then I had an idea. Lady Impa visited here a while back, and she told me about these geoglyph things. They showed up all over Hyrule—there's even one near this stable. I'd love to paint a picture of that one. Unfortunately, since it's so big, I can't get a panoramic view of the thing. I don't even know what it's meant to depict. But I'd settle for a decent picture of the geoglyph to base my painting on." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
  5. "Huh? You painted a picture of a geoglyph?! Can I see it? Aha! This is exactly the picture I asked for! This would really liven up the look around here. Is it OK if I paint a copy? Thank you! It's true, then... Mysterious geoglyphs have been etched into the ground all over Hyrule. What this is meant to represent, I can't tell. But it certainly evokes a sense of adventure! Now, just give me a moment to whip up a reproduction. Haha, don't worry! I'm quite good at this, I promise." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
  6. "I knew it! It's perfect for this stable! And it's all thanks to you, Link. Isn't it amazing that these huge, mysterious things are all over Hyrule? Tell you what. If you ever paint another picture of a geoglyph, I'd be happy to display it instead. Just show me the new picture, and I'll get to work copying it! To show my appreciation, I'm giving you one Pony Point." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
  7. "Oh yes, and please take this too! This dish is a stable specialty." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
  8. "Thank you for a truly splendid picture. Please, feel free to use the stable whenever you want." — Sprinn, Tears of the Kingdom
