Tough Veggie Rice Balls

"Grants a low-level defense boost. This home-style dish of Kakariko Village is stuffed with the bounty of the mountains."

— In-Game Description

Tough Veggie Rice Balls is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Tough Veggie Rice Balls grants a defense boost, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using an Armoranth and Hylian Rice. Using an Ironshroom instead of an Armoranth will change the result to Tough Mushroom Rice Balls.

If ingredients with a different effect are added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Veggie Rice Balls once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
