Spiked Thwomps can be found in the side-scrolling areas of [[Angler's Tunnel]] and [[Catfish's Maw]]. These big slabs of stone are one of the enemies that can't be destroyed. They stay motionless at the top of the screen, waiting for [[Link]] to walk underneath them.

Spiked Thwomps are yet another cameo enemy from the Super Mario Bros games that make appearance in Link's Awakening. They also appear in both Oracle games.

Spiked Thwomps can be found in the side-scrolling areas of Angler's Tunnel and Catfish's Maw. These big slabs of stone are one of the enemies that can't be destroyed. They stay motionless at the top of the screen, waiting for Link to walk underneath them.

Spiked Thwomps attack in the same way as the Thwomps, but their attack are hard to avoid because they are bigger. If Link is too slow, the Thwomp will slam down on him as he walk underneath it. Link need to equip his Pegasus Boots and make a quick dash to the other side to avoid getting hurt.
