The Soldier's Broadsword is a one-handed sword found in Breath of the Wild. This sword is a part if the Soldier's equipment set, which includes a two-handed sword, a polearm, a shield, and a bow. It has a base power of 14 and a base durability of 25. The Soldiers's Broadsword sports a simple design, with a straight cross-guard and a blue-grey ribbon wrapped around the grip.

Two of these swords can be found on the Great Plateau. The first Soldier's Broadsword can be found behind the waterfall in the River of the Dead. The second can be found at the top of the ruins behind the Ja Baij Shrine. It is the most powerful one-handed sword Link can acquire on the Great Plateau.

Outside the Great Plateau, it is a common weapon of choice for Blue Bokoblins in the Dueling Peaks region early game. They are also a common weapon of choice by the Black Moblins.
