"1/2 damage from spiked floors"

— In-Game Description.[1]

The Red Luck Ring is a Magical Ring that Link can obtain in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. In both Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, Link can acquire the ring by planting a Gasha Seed and finding it within a Gasha Nut. He can also acquire it in a Seed Ring form by bumping into Maple. The ring can also be obtained through a Fortune Link at Vasu's jewelry store.

In Oracle of Ages, the Red Luck Ring is one of the many rings Link can acquire in the Lynna Village Shooting Gallery. The mini-game costs 10 Rupees to play. If Link scores 350 or more points, he will earn a Seed Ring as his reward. Several different rings are available as a reward, including the Red Luck Ring.

When equipped, the Red Luck Ring will cut the damage done by spiked floors in half. This ring can be useful within dungeons that have considerable amount of spiked flooring. However, there are significantly better defensive rings that Link acquires in the game, including the Blue Ring or the Armor Ring L-1.
