Red Chu are small, blob-like enemies that crawl on the ground, jumping at Link on occasion as their only attack. They are one of many variants of the Chu found in Twilight Princess, including Blue Chu, Green Chu, Purple Chu, and Yellow Chu.[1]

Overview

Red Chu are fairly common and can be found in the Lakebed Temple, Snowpeak Ruins, the City in the Sky, Hyrule Castle, and within parts of the Overworld. When defeated, it releases a pool of red goo. If Link scoops it up in a Bottle, he discovers that it is Red Chu Jelly. When Link drinks Red Chu Jelly, he will restore eight hearts, much like a Red Potion.
