Purlo is a character who makes an appearence in Twilight Princess. He resides inside of the STAR Tent, a small tent located on the Castle Town East Road in Castle Town. He runs the STAR Game, a game which Link can participate in that requires him to use his Clawshot to collect shiny orbs.
