The Oocca are an ancient race of Hyrule who live in the City in the Sky. Ooccoo and Oocco Jr. are Oocca. Shad believes them to be the ancestors of Hylians. The Oocca are perhaps even closer to the Gods than the Shekiah or the Hylians. They can be used as floating devices similarly to how cuccos are used. Even though they squeak when picked up, the Oocca are willing to be used as tools to help Link on his quest.
