The Observation Deck is a location that appears in Twilight Princess. It is found in the Castle Town Central Square, right beside the Castle Town Cafe. It's inside the big building to the south of the Cafe, and all the way up the stairs inside. At the top there will be a Goron there who wil sell Link Arrows.
Trivia
- If Link goes up to the Observation Deck while Hyrule Castle is covered with the Twilight Barrier, the Goron there will make a reference to the The Legend of Zelda by saying, "I have kept this a secret from the others. Yes, it is a secret to everybody."[1] This is a reference to what a Secret Moblin says if Link finds him in a secret Cave.[2]
