Tears of the Kingdom
The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located at the small camp east of the Lucky Clover Gazette, just outside of the Brightcap Cave.
The note is written by Nat, meant for the members of his Squad. It informs them how to use the Jump Slash attack that Link regularly uses. The purpose of this note is to serve as a tutorial, as the Jump Slash attack is one of the Special Controls in Tears of the Kingdom.

Nat's Mushroom Quest Chronicle
My sister, Meghyn, and I came all the way out to Hebra in our quest for mushrooms!
Thanks to the Upheaval, all sorts of new caves formed around here, and they're just full of good stuff!
But my sister and I aren't after brightbloom seeds, and ore deposits.
No, we're after that precious mushroom that only grows in caves! And you can bet we're gonna find a ton of 'em!
