Nintendo is a Japanese video game company. Its current president is Shuntaro Furukawa. The current president and CEO of Nintendo of America is Doug Bowser. It has created iconic franchises such as Mario, Zelda and Pokémon. Other iconic franchises are Donkey Kong, Kirby, Animal Crossing, Yoshi, Metroid, and Star Fox.
Nintendo was founded in 1889, and was originally a card company.
