Mipha Court is a location found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
After the events of Breath of the Wild, and prior to Tears of the Kingdom, the statue of Mipha that occupied the center of Zora's Domain was moved to the top of Ploymus Mountain, being replaced with The Turning Tide statue. The area was further developed and became a source of water that directly feeds Lulu Lake, Mikau Lake, as well as Zora's Domain itself.
During the Zora Regional Phenomena, Sidon, as well as other Zora Guards, can be found here. Sludge is falling directly into the area, and Sidon is using his power over water to create pure water that flows down into Zora's Domain. Link is led here after speaking with Lady Yona, Sidon's fiancée, who tells Link to pay him a visit.
