The Megaphone is the seventh item in the Oracle of Seasons Trading Sequence. It is given by Mittens' Owner to Link because of him saving his cat Mittens from the tree using the blue tiny fish as a decoy. Link later goes to Mt. Cucco in order to wake up Talon with the Megaphone. Talon will then take it and give Link the Mushroom in exchange.
