The Joyous Volunteer Association is a group led by Mrs. Marie which strives to make Windfall Island a better, more jubilant place.

The organization was founded shortly after Zunari moved to Windfall Island.[1] [2] Hearing of the Joyous Volunteer association's charitable work, she became interested in helping and soon after the association was formed. The Joyous Volunteer Association then went about decorating Windfall with Joy Pedestals.[3]

If Link decorates all 14 pedestals spread across the island using decorations from the Windfall Island Shop,he is rewarded with a Piece of Heart from Sam, a member of the Joyous Volunteer Association.
