Icefall Foothills Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Caves that can be discovered in the Overworld.
Tears of the Kingdom
The cave can be found at the far northwest end of the Icefall Foothills. At west end of the foothills there are three ice blocks blocking the cave. After melting the ice, Link can enter to discover the cave.
The first cavern contains an unlit campfire in the center and multiple ice blocks, one containing a stone treasure chest which holds 10 Bomb Flowers. Link can light it on fire to help melt ice blocks, containing two Blue Bokoblin who will spring to live as soon as they're free.
In the back of the cave, there is ice on the ground that Link can jump on to break and fall down. Immediately after the fall, there are some more dangerous two Black Bokoblin and a Blue Bokoblin around a campfire, two of them holding bows. Between the campfire and the drop into the cavern, there is a single ice block sitting in an alcove. Melting it reveals the entrance to the last cavern with the Otak Shrine inside.
