Hearty Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Hearty Omelet grants Temporary Hearts, in addition to fully restoring Link's permanent Heart Containers. The amount of temporary hearts depends on the type of hearty ingredient used. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using any non-seafood "Hearty" ingredient and a Bird Egg. Using a Hearty Bass, Hearty Salmon, or Hearty Blueshell Snail will create Hearty Fish Skewer instead.
