Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

Hearty Fruitcake is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Breath of the Wild

Hearty Fruitcake can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Hearty Durian and either an Apple or Wildberry; or by using Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Apple, Wildberry and any other ingredient with an "Hearty" effect (i.e., Hearty Truffle, Hearty Bass, Hearty Blueshell Snail, Hearty Radish, Hearty Salmon, Big Hearty Truffle or Big Hearty Radish). The recipe which maximises the effect would be Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Apple/Wildberry, Hearty Durian and Big Hearty Radish.

Regardless of the exact mixture, two different fruits must be used, at least one ingredient must have a "Hearty" effect, and there must be no ingredient with any other effect. The resulting dish will fully restore Link's hearts, and give a variable number of Temporary Hearts on top depending on the exact mixture used. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect. Note, however, that the combined number of Link's permanent and temporary hearts is limited to 30, and anything beyond this is wasted.

Although it is a "neutral" fruit, using Palm Fruit as one of two fruits will create Hearty Simmered Fruit, not Hearty Fruitcake.
