Haily is a female character who appears in The Minish Cap. She and her sister Gale are members of the Wind Tribe, and she is currently the youngest known member. Her first appearance in the game is alongside Gale at the Picori Festival. She and her sister both had come to watch the festival. Later in the game, Link meets both of them again at the Cloud Tops.
