Gongoron is the small Goron from Phantom Hourglass who is the son of Biggoron. He is spotted entering the Goron Temple alone and meets up with the hero in green later on. He offers his assistance to Link while the hero ventures through the Goron Temple. During the boss battle against Dongorongo, the player is able to switch between Link and Gongoron, a first in franchise history.
Following successful completion of the island, Gongoron returns home. He is later found on Dee Ess Island where he assists Link in a mini-game.[1][2][3]
