The Deku Tree Sprout is the baby form of the Great Deku Tree. He appears after Link defeats Phantom Ganon in the Forest Temple and awakens Saria as the Forest Sage.[1] He was unable to grow before this due to Ganondorf's evil reign over Hyrule corrupting the Kokiri Forest, spawning enemies in the sacred Forest.
