Proving ownership of the Private Oasis

"You got the Cabana Deed! It's written on yellowed parchment. It looks quite old."

— In-game description[1]

The Cabana Deed is an item from The Wind Waker.

The Wind Waker

The Cabana Deed is an old piece of paper given to Link by Mrs. Marie,[2][3] but only after he gives her 20 Joy Pendants in return. It verifies that Link owns the Private Oasis,[4] which is important due to a Triforce Chart being in the Cabana.[5]
