Garo Master is a Mini-Boss in Majora's Mask who is fought in the Stone Tower Temple, Secret Shrine, and in the Twinmold section of the Moon. He is a member of the Garo race, although he appears to be more powerful than other Garo.
Boss Battle
Garo Master has 2 attacks during this fight. In his first attack, he disappears, and then drops down from the ceiling to attack you. In the second attack, he charges at you, and sometimes disappears afterwards. To dodge his dropping attack, keep moving until he drops down, and to dodge his charging attack, keep sidestepping. Attacking him directly will do nothing, as he blocks all of your attacks. To damage him, wait until he finishes attacking. He will then lower his guard and look for you, giving you a chance to strike.
After defeating him, he will tell Link that he needs to use the light arrows to strike the red emblem outside the temple, which will flip it. He then takes out a bomb, explodes, and dies. However, if he is fought in the Secret Shrne or Twinmold section of the moon, he will say nothing before dying.
