— In-Game Description

Warding Dark Stew is a meal found in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

Warding Dark Stew can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Dark Clump, any meat or poultry, and any fish with no conflicting stat-boosting effect. If an ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Dark Stew or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

As a Warding meal, it adds a virtual Heart Container or Heart Containers which are affected by pools of gloom before Link's normal and Temporary Heart Containers; but does not protect from gloom-wreathed enemies' attacks. Cooking under a Blood Moon may enhance the effect.
