Multiple instances of a Note on the Table can be found in Tears of the Kingdom, written by different characters.
Camera Work in the Depths
During the Camera Work in the Depths quest, Robbie will journey down into the Depths. Here he runs ahead and Link must follow him to catch up with him. Along the way, Link finds the Note on the Table in two different locations, and gives Link directions on where Robbie is.
The note encourages Link to head directly west towards the Iayusus Lightroot that is visible. Robbie can be found at a small campfire, right next to the Lightroot.
