Tough Crab Omelet with Rice is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
If Link cooks Hylian Rice, a Bird Egg and some Rock Salt with a Ironshell Crab in a Cooking Pot, it will make Tough Crab Omelet with Rice. Eating this temporarily increases Link's defensive prowess, meaning he deals takes less damage from any hit, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
