The City in the Sky is the 7th Dungeon in Twilight Princess. It is the home of the Oocca, a race of bird-like creatures who live in the sky exclusively to said game. Link enters this dungeon via a cannon, which is his prize for completing a rather lengthy, yet crucial quest. Link is searching the dungeon in hopes of finding the final Mirror Shard as directed by the Sages.
Within this dungeon, Link will see numerous Ooccas, whom he can use very similarly to Cuccoos. As he seraches the dungeon, he will find himself trapped in a room with an Aeralfos, whom acts as the Mini-Boss of the dungeon. After defeating it, he will be rewarded with another Clawshot, giving him the Double Clawshots! He can use the Double Clawshot to gain access to where the boss of the City in the Sky lies. The Boss of the City in the Sky is named Argorok.

Dungeon Items
The temple item is a clawshot, which is kind of ironic as you need one to get it. However, Link now has the double clawshots, and can fly from target to target without dropping to the ground. This item unlocks stage two of the STAR game.
