Sky Islands

Sky Islands are the term for the islands floating up in the sky in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Tears of the Kingdom

Link is able to reach the Sky Islands in a variety of ways, including using the Recall ability. This ability can be used on Sky Objects that fall from the sky and rewinds an objects movement.

Many of the islands are large land areas that include large rivers passing through. Many of the geographic features of the Sky Islands are unique and differ to that of the Surface down below. Some Yellow Trees appear that seem unique to just the Sky Islands.
