The Faron Sky Archipelago can be found directly above Lake Hylia, with the eastern island being part of the West Necluda Sky Archipelago.
The Lake Hylia Crystal

As part of The Lake Hylia Crystal quest, Link will travel to the Lake Hylia Whirlpool Cave, found underwater at the east side of Lake Hylia. After examining the En-oma Shrine, the shrine quest will begin, with a green light shining directly up. The light shines all the way up to the eastern island within the Faron Sky Archipelago.
Korok Seeds
- On top of the eastern island, there is a small rock. Lift it up to find a Korok Seed.
