Hebra Headspring Cave is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The cave can be found at the north end of the Hebra Headspring, which is directly south of Hebra Peak. There are some Ice Keese flying around in the entry room. If Link defeats them and they fall in the water below, they will create Ice Blocks. Link can climb the small pillars in the water and jump from them to get to the west side of the room. From there he can climb the wall to get to the next room where the Bubbulfrog can be found.
At the northeast side of the cave, there is some ice on the wall, but Link can strategically jump across the wall to get into the room. Here there is a treasure chest which holds the Frostbite Trousers.
