Zora Cape is the area right outside of Zora Hall and can only be accessed by Zoras. This is one of the warp points on the map, being one of the two locations where Link can warp in the west part of Termina other than Great Bay Coast.
Great Bay Temple
Great Bay Temple can be seen in the distance, and the Zora Cape plays an integral role in entering the Great Bay Temple. When Link learns the "New Wave Bossa Nova" and plays it in the form of Mikau in front of Lulu at the Zora Cape, he will summon the Giant Turtle. Link must hookshot onto the strange tree growing on the back of the turtle's shell. This great beast will then carry Link off to the Great Bay Temple.
