Suma Sahma Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: Secret of the Snowy Peaks
Read the book in the ruins of the cabin to start the quest.
So if you look directly to the south, there is a pedestal, but this one is on a wall. The objective is to cast the shadow of one of the nearby snow-covered rocks (about the size and shape of orbs you've carried before) so that the shadow of the snowball is exactly in that small circle in the middle of the platform. One of the easiest ways to do this is to hold it above your head beginning at around 4:20-4:30 pm.
