Sah Dahaj Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

So in this shrine you're pretty much just going to want to burn all the things. In a pinch bombs can be used, too.

Burn your way into the next room, then defeat the Guardian Scout II.

Burn your way into the next room, then burn everything. You should get a chest and unlock the altar. Head there for your Spirit Orb.
