Resco is a Zora who appears in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Resco is a Zora guard, who can be found near the statue of Link and Sidon. They are amazed that Link made it to Zora's Domain, and is thankful for Lady Yona's guidance through the Sludge to keep them safe.
After completing The Sludge-Covered Statue Main Quest, Resco can be found at the end of the east bridge leading to Ploymus Mountain. He thanks Link for helping to clean the statue, and advises Link that if he is ever covered in sludge, he can clean off in the nearby Mikau Lake. The water comes from Mipha Court, which Princes Sidon is cleaning upstream. He remembers when Prince Sidon was once headstrong, but is now quite patient and mature dealing with the sludge.
