Nisoij Lightroot is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Lightroots found in the Depths of Hyrule.
Tears of the Kingdom
After falling down the Hyrule Field Chasm, the Nisoij Lightroot is located just to the south. It correlates with the Jiosin Shrine from the surface.
During the Camera Work in the Depths quest, once Link reaches the Depths, Ponnick points him in the direction of the Lightroot.
