Below is a listing of all 32 Heart Pieces found in the Link's Awakening for the Nintendo Switch
For the original version on the Game Boy and the DX remake on the Game Boy Color where there are only 12 heart pieces, view that particular Heart Piece Guide.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Location: Mabe Village
Conditions: Acquire Sword
Heart Piece #01 - There is a small well found at the west end of Mabe Village. Cut down the bushes and jump down into the well to find a piece of heart.
Location: Mabe Village
Conditions: Acquire Sword
Heart Piece #02 - Play the Trendy Game at the southeast corner of Mabe Village for 10 rupees. Position the crane right over the Piece of Heart and grab it.

Heart Piece #03 - Play the Fishing Game at the northwest corner of Mabe Village for 10 rupees. Catch a small fish and Link will be awarded with a Piece of Heart.

Heart Piece #04 - Play the Fishing Game at the northwest corner of Mabe Village for 10 rupees. Catch a large fish and Link will be awarded with a Piece of Heart.
Location: Koholint Prairie
Conditions: Roc's Feather
Heart Piece #05 - Exit the Mysterious Forest to the east to reach the Koholint Prairie. The piece of heart is surrounded by small holes and Link can jump to it using Roc's Feather.
Location: Tabahl Wasteland
Conditions: Roc's Feather
Heart Piece #06 - Located within the Tabahl Wasteland, which is just south of Dampé's Shack and north of the Cemetary. The piece of heart is hidden away at the northeast corner of the Wasteland. Simply jump over the gap with Roc's Feather.
