King Zora's Throne Room is a locale in Zora's Domain where the King Zora can be found. For Link to talk to King Zora, he has to stand on the platform and talk. The first time Link meets him, he'll have to get the Ruto's Letter to him in order for him to move away so Link can enter Zora's Fountain.
When Link is an adult, the King Zora has freezed with Red Ice, and to save him, Link must get the Blue Fire in Ice Cavern and walk back to him and pour the Blue Fire on him. King Zora will then reward Link with the Zora Tunic.
