In the first room, use Cryonis pillars to get to the waterfall. Then use horizontal Cryonis pillars to build stairs to get up the waterfall.
In the next room, defeat the [[Guardian Scout]], and then use Cryonish to lift the chest from underwater. Make your way over to the treasure chest and open it to get an [[Ancient Core]]. Then use Cryonis to make your way over to the next area.

In the next room, kill the [[Guardian Scout]], and lift the chest from the water using Cryonis, and open it. Then use Cryonis pillars to continue.
This next part can be a bit annoying, because if you fall in the water, you will likely have to restart the area. There are two Guardian Scouts in the distance and I recommend trying to defeat them with arrows if possible. A raft will appear and can carry you towards the end of the shrine, but there is a treasure chest we want to collect. Use Cryonis and make your way from ice block to ice block, being careful not to fall in the water. On the left side of the room, use Cryonis to lift the gate, revealing a treasure chest behind it. Open the treasure chest, which could contain a [[Royal Broadsword]].

The final section is a bit annoying. Kill the two [[Guardian Scout]]s, first off. Then you want to use a pillar of ice to lift the gate on the left. Note that you can use Stasis on the floating wooden platform, but an even better option is to just put a Cryonis pillar in its way, which will hold it there indefinitely.

Once you get the chest from behind the gate on the left, you're free to glide to the altar and get your [[Spirit Orb]].

Carefully make your way past the gate again without falling in the water. From here, you can use the raft that appears, or the ice blocks to make your way to end of the water. From there, use the [[Paraglider]] to reach the altar. Speak with [[Kaya Wan]] to get the [[Spirit Orb]].

Shields from Water

In the first room, use Cryonis to create Ice Blocks to get to the waterfall. Then use Cryonis to create a horizontal ice block on the waterfall and use it to climb up.

In the next room, defeat the Guardian Scout, and then use Cryonish to lift the chest from underwater. Make your way over to the treasure chest and open it to get an Ancient Core. Then use Cryonis to make your way over to the next area.

Open the treasure chest, which could contain a Royal Broadsword.

Carefully make your way past the gate again without falling in the water. From here, you can use the raft that appears, or the ice blocks to make your way to end of the water. From there, use the Paraglider to reach the altar. Speak with Kaya Wan to get the Spirit Orb.
