Kaya Wan Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The shrine is located directly to the west of the Wetland Stable.
Shields from Water
In the first room, use Cryonis to create Ice Blocks to get to the waterfall. Then use Cryonis to create a horizontal ice block on the waterfall and use it to climb up.
In the next room, defeat the Guardian Scout, and then use Cryonish to lift the chest from underwater. Make your way over to the treasure chest and open it to get an Ancient Core. Then use Cryonis to make your way over to the next area.
