An Hearty Vegetable Omelet is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Hearty Vegetable Omelet will fully restore your permanent hearts and temporarily increase your maximum hearts, the amount of temporary hearts depends on the type of hearty ingredient used. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using any "Hearty" vegetable, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Rock Salt. While cooking the "Hearty" vegetable and Bird Egg with no other ingredients is a recognised meal, it creates an Hearty Omelet, not a Hearty Vegetable Omelet, while adding a Big Hearty Truffle or Hearty Truffle as the fifth ingredient changes the result to Hearty Mushroom Omelet. If an ingredient with a non-Hearty effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Vegetable Omelet or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
