If he lands on the green face, he will throw fireballs which can be avoided by standing at the top of the ladder at the very right. If he lands on the blue face, he will shoot orbs in a slowly widening circle, which can be avoided by standing at the bottom of the ladder and pressing against the wall. If he lands on the purple face, he will smash into the ground at make boulders fall from the ceiling. This can be avoided by standing underneath one of the platforms near the ladder. Finally, if he lands on the red face, he will take damage and also drop a recovery heart. He might also randomly drop bombs and shoot fireballs during the battle. Head Thwomp is the boss of the Wing Dungeon, the second dungeon in Oracle of Ages. This is a somewhat non-traditional boss, and resembles a Thwomp of the Super Mario franchise.
