"Guay ...

Destroy it before it flies into you!"

In Ocarina of Time, Guays only appear in Desert Colossus, Lake Hylia, and Lon Lon Ranch (night time only). They infinitely respawn, but after a while a Big Guay will appear. It is just as easy to defeat as the other Guays, but drops more Rupees when defeated.

Majora's Mask

Majora's Mask's Guays are similar in look to Ocarina of Time's Guays; purplish bodies and orange beaks. They mostly appear in trees, however there is a single Guay that circles Clock Town in Termina Field, but it does not attack. If you play a certain song with a certain mask on, it will drop Rupees for you. Guays can also be found near the pond in Snowhead region during spring, and also in Ikana Canyon.

Twilight Princess

Guays took on a different appearance in this game, looking more like an actual bird and more of a twisted enemy design. They resemble a vulture and have bright blue eyes. They usually attack in flocks, but also can be seen by themselves. If you defeat an entire flock of Guays, they will drop a sum of Rupees.

Skyward Sword

These small birdlike enemies will dive-bomb Link if they spot him. They also have a secondary ability to drop feces upon Link's head. This creates a noxious yellow cloud that will drain hearts until he shakes it off.
