Gotter is a character from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom

Breath of the Wild

Gotter can be found at Riverside Stable, where he will request that Link find a recipe from Hyrule Castle, where his ancestor once worked as a chef.

Tears of the Kingdom

Gotter can be found at the Riverside Stable, where initially, he can be seen outside, looking out in the distance towards the southeast. He is expecting guests and is waiting for Agus and the rest of the group to arrive.[1] He mentions that they usually cross the Owlan Bridge, so he's keeping an eye out in that direction.[2] However, it is well past when they were suppose to arrive, so he's worried.[3] He's thinking that perhaps they brought some tents and are taking a nice and slow trip.[4][5]

Gourmets Gone Missing

After speaking with Penn, this will begin the Gourmets Gone Missing quest. Penn mentions that the group was coming to meet Gotter to teach him a recipe that was learned from Princess Zelda. However, the group has not arrive and it is greatly worrying Gotter.
