Goombas are popular enemy from Super Mario Bros games that made cameo appearances in Link's Awakening. Goombas are mushroom-shaped enemies that walk side to side in the underground passages or dungeons. Any weapon will defeat a goomba in one hit. They can only deal half a heart of damage by contact, so goombas are very weak enemies.
