The Silver Gauntlets are an item from Ocarina of Time, They serve as a strength boost to Link's ability in lifting objects much like the Goron's Bracelet but for Adult Link. The Golden Gauntlets are an upgrade from the Silver Gauntlets. They are found in the Shadow section of Ganon's Castle in the final stages of the game.
Master Quest
In the Master Quest version of Ocarina of Time the gauntlets are found in the Spirit section of Ganon's Castle instead.
Use
They are used to lift heavy stone blocks that block paths. Most of the stone blocks are in Ganon's Castle while there is one outside of it, blocking the path to a Great Fairy Fountain, where a Great Fairy will boost Link's defense power.
